The SDG Aligned School in Pakistan
1. Executive Summary
Creative International school network is committed to aligning its academic model with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a globally recognized framework for sustainable development and social impact.
Rather than treating SDGs as a symbolic initiative, we will embed them into:
- Curriculum design
- Student projects
- Campus operations
- Community engagement
- Franchise branch specialization
This positions our school network as a future-focused, impact-driven education brand in Pakistan.
3. SDG Implementation Model
We follow a Two-Tier SDG Model:
Tier 1: Universal SDG Awareness (All Branches)
Every branch will:
- Introduce all 17 SDGs at awareness level
- Integrate SDG themes into classroom discussions
- Organize SDG Week annually
- Conduct interdisciplinary SDG-based projects
Tier 2: Branch-Level Specialization (Center of Excellence Model)
Each branch will be assigned one SDG as its specialization focus.
Example model:
- Islamabad Branch → SDG 4: Quality Education Innovation
- Peshawar Branch → SDG 13: Climate Action
- Swat Branch→ SDG 9: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure
- Karachi Branch→ SDG 5: Gender Equality
Example model:
- Develop flagship projects
- Partner with local organizations
- Create measurable impact initiatives
- Publish annual SDG reports
4. Governance & Oversight Structure
At Head Office Level
We will establish an SDG Strategy Council responsible for:
- Defining yearly SDG objectives
- Approving branch-level initiatives
- Monitoring KPIs
- Publishing annual SDG Impact Report
Each branch will appoint:
- SDG Coordinator (faculty member)
- Student SDG Leadership Committee
5. Measurable Impact Framework (KPIs)
